Businesses are restrained from putting hotels and other businesses on celestial bodies, because the Outer Space Treaty does not allow for property rights. I would like to petition that the Obama Administration amend the Outer Space Treaty for the inclusion of property rights (or create a new international space treaty) to pave the way for businesses like Hilton or Sheraton to begin construction on celestial bodies to help economic growth, support space tourism, space exploration, and space colonization.
