This petition is to find support to amend the Patient Protection and Affordable Care Act (PPACA) to allow adult children the ability to add their retired parents to their existing Health Insurance. Not only would this allow some relief for Medicare/Medicaid but it would allow adult children the ability to give back to their aging parents and possibly provide better private care than what the public program can provide.
