Amend Public Law 111 272 of the 111th Congress known as The Law Enforcement Officers Safety Act.

We, Active and Retired Law Enforcement Officers serving and having served all people living and working in the United States do hereby petition the Honorable President of The United States, who signed into Law, Public Law 111-272 of the 111th Congress instruct The United States Congress to amend Title 18, Section 926C, e) As used in this section

(1)the term firearm

(B)includes ammunition not expressly prohibited by Federal law or subject to the provisions of the National Firearms Act; and "to allow Retired Law Enforcement Officers to carry and posses feeding devices (magazines) of equal capacity as the magazines their active law enforcement counterparts carry while on duty and which retired law enforcement officers have been duly trained to carry in their yearly LEOSA Certification.
