Section 204.2 (d) limits the number of free convenient transactions using a savings account to 6 per month. After these 6 transactions the user is charged a fee. These transactions cover all transactions made online or over the phone that moves money from a savings account to any other account. This section should be excluded, as it infringes on our freedom to move our own money.
