Amend the requirements stated in the constitution to be eligible for Presidency

Created by T.S. on January 29, 2014

Part of Section 1 of Article 2 of the US constitution states that:
"No Person except a natural born Citizen, or a Citizen of the United States, at the time of the Adoption of this Constitution, shall be eligible to the Office of President;"
(Including natural birth passed on from parents)

I propose that this article be amended to allow individuals born in countries outside American ownership and/or do not have American relations to run for and become President. It is understandable that this petition will gain a good deal of negative opinion since I am clearly asking that this extract be removed or edited which from what I understand is one huge No usually. But, wouldn't allowing non Americans into Presidency be considered a step forward in cultural tolerance and acceptance?
