We the People petition the Obama administration, to Amend Section 1021 of the 2012 NDAA for it's unconstitutional clause that allows American Citizens to be detained indefinitely , without due process, or speedy trial by jury.
It is also a perjury of oath that President Obama swore to uphold, which is an impeachable offense and high crime.
