Support Enforcement shall not be used as a revenue collection device. Support collected should go directly to the families of the children and not used a device to repay welfare. Any money received shall not go to any government agency or 3rd party. and support enforcement is further ordered to not be allowed to suspend driving privileges as support is not a driving offense and further hinders the ability of the parent to earn money.
