Amend the tax code so that when Reserve Component members spend money to travel and participate in training, they are fully refunded through income tax refunds, rather than deducting the expenses from income earned, and thereby changing the tax bracket, returning perhaps 50 cents on the dollar spent. Military members should not have to pay to serve.
