To Amend the Terms of Service of the United States Senators and Representatives from unlimited to two terms of service.

Include an Amendment on election day 2014 for the people to vote on Amending the Requirements and terms of service for the members of Congress and remove the unlimited terms:

Senate:

Term: Senators serve two 6 year terms, elected by popular vote**
(**note: The original Constitution called for Senators to be elected by the state legislatures, the 17th amendment changed this to a popular vote)
Requirements: Senators must be over 30, 9 year citizens of the US and a resident of the state for five years.

House of Representatives:

Term: Representatives serve two 2 year terms, elected by popular vote
Requirements: Representatives must be over 25, 7 year citizens of the US and a resident of the district which they represent for five years.
