Amend title 10, of the United States Code, to extend military commissary and exchange store privileges to veterans with a service-connected disability and to their dependents. Veterans have put their lives on the line defending our country. Some of which sustained service related injuries. Please amend title 10 to include service-connected disabled veterans to commissary and exchange privileges!
