Government rule has reached far and above it's legal grasp in affording the insurance industry and local, city and county jurisdictions, the right to impose mandatory safety laws for saetbelts.
As legal Adults, over the age of 21, we are governed in making our own decisions for safety. It is not the perview of any Governing body to mandate how we keep our own bodies safe.
Furthermore, majority statistics show police actions in issuing Seatbelt tickets allows for a "blanket" suspicion in pulling a driver over.
We the People, have a right to privacy and to property.
End the Governments tyranny and repeal ALL Seatbelt laws in ALL states for drivers over 21, that are licensed and insured.
