Amend the Twenty-Second Amendment to institute term limits for all those elected to Congress.

In addition to the two-term Presidential term limit, the following limits and changes shall be implemented for the House of Representatives and Senate:

House: maintain two year terms and limit election to four terms, inclusive of changing districts and/or states.

Senate: Reduce term from six years to four years and limit election to two terms, inclusive of changing districts and/or states
