Amend the United States Constitution, prohibiting the Congress from denying benefits on the basis of sexual preference.

Created by C.D. on March 31, 2013

The 28th Amendment shall be read as follows:

Amendment XXVIII
Section 1. The right of citizens of the United States to receive marriage benefits shall not be denied or abridged by the United States or by any State on account of race, color, gender, or sexual orientation.
Section 2. The Congress shall have power to enforce this article by appropriate legislation

We need now, as Americans, must amend the Constitution so we do not discriminate, and future generations cannot discriminate. We are the land of the free. If we are not all free, then we are all slaves.
