The postal service was created to effectively and efficiently distribute information to the population, as technology has changed the means by which information is distributed, the postal service should change with it.
A new branch of the postal service should be created, to be responsible for hosting and supporting public websites for the government. This new branch would require a new infrastructure which would mean new jobs.
