In the United States Code Title 8 Chapter 12 Subchapter III Part III §1481 it talks about how citizens can potentially lose their citizenship. (a)(4) needs to be amended to include people who join with foreign terrorist organizations as designated by the State Department.
This will prevent future issues of US Citizens being killed in anti-terror operations, and the political fall out of should they have been granted jurisprudence.
