The technology and widespread availability of computers allows true democracy in the U.S. It is time for the government to actually acknowledge the will of the people by allowing an integrated branch of government whereby U.S. citizens can directly vote on key issues. U.S. citizens no longer need to beg for true representation as the technology for direct voting is now available. These votes will show the record of public intent as it stands apart from lobbyists and corporate interests and help our representatives do their jobs correctly.
