Petition the Congress of these United States to amend the U.S. Constitution to define those indivduals that are eligible to receive recogntiion as a citizen of these United States of America:
1) Those that are born within the legal boundaries of the 50 states and U.S. Territories.
2) Impose a lifetime ban on receiving citizenship, entry, visas, etc for entering the United States of America in violation of its immigration laws.
3) In order to be granted U.S. citizenship, any child born in the United States or its territories, both parents must have legal status in the United States either by birth, legal residency or naturalization.
