Amend the US Constitution to prohibit Congress from exempting themselves from laws

The US Constitution shall be amended to include the following:

1. Congress shall not enact any law exempting from any provisions of said law any elected, appointed or Civil Service employee of the United States of America.

2. Any member of Congress voting in favor of any law or part of a law that is in violation of this Amendment shall immediately be permanently ineligible to hold any elected, appointed or Civil Service position in the government of the United States of America, or of any State or subdivision thereof.
