amend the US Constitution to provide for term limits of the Offices of President and Vice-President to one 4-year term.

Section 1. The 22nd Amendment shall be repealed.
Section 2. No person shall be elected to the office of President more than once and no person who has held the office of President, or acted as President, for more than two years of a term to which some other person was elected President shall be eligible for further election to the office of the President.
Section 3. No person shall be elected to the office of Vice-President more than once and no person who has held the office of Vice-President, or acted as Vice-President, for more than two years of a term to which some other person was elected President shall be eligible for further election to the office of the Vice-President.
Section 4. Provide for exemption of current office-holders.
Section 5. Provide for ratification by states.
