Amend the U.S. Constitution to require ONLY public financing of ALL elective office(s) for every level of govt w/in U.S.

After the disgraceful SCOTUS McCutcheon decision, the only way to ensure EVERY American's voice is heard during the elections is to amend the U.S. Constitution to require only public financing of all candidates at all levels of U.S. government. From all Federal, State and local candidates for every elected office within the U.S. and its boundaries and territories, and get money and the corrupting influence of cash contributions out of the elections process.
