The American Society progresses at a much faster rate today than ever before. Its time that we amend the U.S. Constitution to limit the terms of office for all members of the U.S. Congress. We have not had a federal passed, nor any kind of spending cuts that will stabling our downward spiraling economy. The U.S. Congress has been the most NON-COHESIVE congress in decades! Time to increase the turnaround. Get some new ideas flowing in the Nation's Capitol!
