Petition Congress to initiate a Constitutional Amendment that prescribes a lifetime maximum of 12 years service in either an elected or appointed position with pay within the Federal Government. Additionally this amendment must eliminate payment of pay and benefits after completion of term of service and provide for a 401k matching contribution type retirement plan for elected and appointed officials during period of service. The Federal Government must fully fund the 401k during the individuls term of service. Pay and Benefits of elected and appointed officials will not exceed the standards of pay and benefits afforded to the military services.
