We the people, request an amendment to USC Title 3 Sections 102 and 103, for increase in the compensation of the President of the United States of America by $300,000 (U.S), and reallocation of monies entitled to the Executive Office of the President for expenditure in the areas of: hire of passenger motor vehicles, newspapers, periodicals, and travel and official reception, representation and entertainment expenses.
Effective at noon on January 20, 2013.
Amended as follows:
... "$50,000 per annum as authorized by 3 U.S.C. 102, $750,000: " ...
... "and travel (not to exceed $200,000 to be expended and accounted for as provided by 3 U.S.C. 103); and not to exceed $50,000 for official entertainment expenses, to be available for allocation within the Executive office of the President;" ...
