with the current laws, the dept. of veteran affairs exploits and profits from veterans instead of providing the them with the benefits congress intended them to have. to correct the blatant abuse of the law by VA, The VETERANS ACT OF 2002 requires a minor addition: a small clause allowing judges to pay 60% disability rating to all veterans whose claims are to be REMANDED due to VAs failure to provide the preliminary and or adequate evidence required by law.
consider that in a lapse of 12 years, the BOARD OF VETERANS APPEALS remanded 77% of the cases on appeal due to the fact that the VA failed to provide preliminary opinions, examinations, and nexus letters--all medical evidence mandated by law.
