Amend the voting requirments to exclude welfare beneficieres who have aggregately used the system more than 2 years.

Created by M.T. on November 12, 2012

The welfare system was created to aid those with little or no income, or those in a crisis situation such as a medical emergency, pregnancy, homelessness or who suddenly become unemployed. This system is important, as everyone needs a helping hand at some point in life, however there are individuals who are abusing the welfare program by not applying for jobs, having more children just to get more aid, and staying unmarried so as to qualify for greater benefits. The founding principles of the constitution never intended for a socialist economy. The welfare state these individuals seek is not in line with the constitution, or the American dream. These individuals should be restricted from voting if they are deemed abusers (aggregately on welfare more than 2 years).
