Amend Voting rights to only include productive members of American Society.

I hereby call on Congress to amend the right to vote to only persons who have made contributions to the United States of America. The right to vote should require the following gates to be passed before applying to an individual.
1- Voter must posses a valid state or federal Identification containing a tracked number under which voting will be registered and tracked.
2- In order to unlock Voting rights the Citizen must have proof of employment and filed tax forms for a minimum of five years collectively.
3- Voting disqualification applies to all persons who fall into the 10 categories that make you ineligible to own a firearm.
4- Service in the Armed Forces qualifies in place of all above excepting number 3.
