Endorsing the following Amendment to the United States Constitution:
No attempt shall be made by amendment to repeal or to revise the text of any of the amendments in the Bill of Rights or any part of any article of or amendment to the Constitution which guarantees a right of a citizen.
No judicial review by any court of the United States shall diminish any right guaranteed by the Constitution.
The addition or expansion by amendment or judicial review of any right guaranteed by the Constitution shall have the full protection of this amendment.
No attempt shall be made by amendment or by judicial review to repeal, revise, or diminish the protections provided by this amendment.
