Amendment 0 (zero)

I call on congress to enact a new amendment. It will be as summarized here: If it is determined that an election has been tampered, modified, coerced, or subject to manipulation by any foreign or domestic agent or entity. That election will be considered nullified and a new presedential election will be held. No President will exceed the two term limit and will transfer power to the current Vice President who will subsequently ensure that a new election is held.
