Amend 18 U.S.C. 1121 Murder of a State or local law enforcement official or other person aiding in a Federal investigation; murder of a State correctional officer to read and include Local, State and Federal Law Enforcement Officers in the performance of their official duties amended as follows:
18 U.S.C. 1121 Murder of a State or local law enforcement official or other person aiding in a Federal investigation; murder of a State correctional officer and any Local, State or Federal Law Enforcement Officer while in the performance of their official duties and law enforcement authority.
