Law Enforcement Protection Clause:
Any State or sub division there of that doesn't adhere to the aforementioned officer safety law shall be fined not less then 50,000; the arresting officer shall be held personally responsible along with the sub division for any personnel damage caused by the arrest; and all legal fees occurred by said law enforcement officers in his or her legal representation dealing with the statues enforcement.
