Amendment 64 for all states.

It is about time for this country to have a civil discussion on recreational marijuana. Colorado and Washington both have passed amendment 64. As it did the the first profits of the sales should go to schools and other public learning institutes. There are millions of people in the USA in jail for victim less crimes involving marijuana. If they were not in jail that would equal less crowded jails and less money spent on prisoners each year. Earning money and putting it toward school would help better the youths of America and keep them on a clean path. As we did with alcohol is is time to end this war on a harmless plant and save millions for the country.
