Bring amendment 64 to the state of mississippi for the legalization for recreational use of marijuana . It is used by millions across the United States. I to think its time for a change. The taxes alone could help the economy and to bring America out of debt. It is safer than tobacco and alcohol, so please lets make a change!! Legalize it!
