Amendment to Bill of Rights stating, "VOTING IS A RIGHT FOR ALL CITIZENS"

Voting is a right for all citizens that attain the age of 21 regardless of race or gender.

No identification shall be required to exercise a citizen's right to vote, regardless of state, county, congressional district, or municipality. A voter shall be identified by their signature.

No fee shall be assessed to exercise a right to vote, including the cost to attain a birth certificate or a DL.
No test of competency test shall be administered to any person exercising their right to vote.

Voter Polling Locations shall be required to have 1 functional voting booth for every 1000 residents in the voting district. All ballots to be cast on paper ballot. NO Electronic voting machines.

Any person (Karl Rove) found tampering with the election shall be subject to life in prison w/o parole.
