Amendment to the U.S. Constitution to reduce from 35 to 18 the minimum age of candidacy for the office of President.

Congress must amend Article 2 Section 1 Clause 5 of the Constitution from age 35 to 18. Voters of the age demographic 18-34, currently do not have the right to elect into federal executive office a candidate age 18-34 nor do the rest of voters. The Age Discrimination Act of 1967 prohibits age discrimination for those age 40 and above. Yet in Washington DC, a federally controlled district, the law is 18+, so since POTUS is a federal employee specific to Washington DC then he/she shall not be discriminated against when aged 18-34. According to the US Census Bureau, about 73 million or roughly 25% of the population is between 18 and 34 years old. If you have the right to vote at age 18 then you should have the right to be an electable candidate for President as well as any federal office.
