The creation of an amendment either permanently declaring corporations are NOT people and as such have separate laws and regulations applied as is partially the case now with tax law. Or an amendment that makes corporations equally punishable under the law by making providing a corporate death sentence(seizure of all assets, property and finances as well as jail time distributed among all voting share holders). As well as a system of distributing jail time among voting share holders for non capital offenses. A system of equating other laws applying to individuals to corporations and their voting share holders should also be included in this amendment.
