Amendment for Federal Judges

Constitutional Amendment for Federal Judges:

Maximum term of service is two (2) terms of three (3) years each. Appointment is by lottery with turnover
replacements at the choice of the President.
Federal "Magistrate Judges" are discontinued in deciding Federal matters. Employment terminated.

Qualifications:
Ten (10) years uninterrupted service in State Civil Courts. Ten years uninterrupted service in State Criminal
Courts. Appealed cases overturned by Appeals Courts must be less than twenty (20) percent.
