This is an a amendment to make everyone vote to go to war if they vote yes they have to participate in the war effort if the popular vote is to go to war.
The minimum age would have to be 18 and maximum age be 50.
People with certain sickness must be excuse too.
This amendment would make sure we're fighting something in mutual with the whole country not just the President and congress.
