amendment to protect the citizens of every state and our territories from being prosecuted for medical marijuana use

Americans using Medical Marijuana should not have to move to another State to get they're MM card ,as it stands states that have MM laws refuse to issue cards to residents of other states who have medical conditions that MM helps . Any American should be able to see a doctor and follow their recommendations despite state lines . If prescribed or recommended by a physician , MM should be no different from any other pharmaceutical prescribed in america and not subject to state lines or laws . It has been proven to help a myriad of conditions as found in CHIEF JUSTICE F. L. YOUNGS 1988 RULING THAT MARIJUANA IS WRONGLY CLASSIFIED AND NEEDS RECLASSIFICATION .
