a-Candidates for President shall be determined based on voter-nomination primary elections. Top two primary vote-getting candidates shall compete in the ensuing general election.
b-States vote shall be equal to their whole Number of Congressmen. The whole of the State vote for President shall be cast for the candidate with general election vote majority.
c-Districts may not be drawn to (dis)favor an incumbent, political party, or ethnic groups, and must be contiguous and compact.
d-National committees may not contribute anything of value to another person that is not subject to limitations as created by Congress.
e-Electioneering communications ads shall not be permitted within 60 days of elections. Such ads shall not be paid for by using any corporate or union treasury funds.
