Amendment to the Second Amendment

In order to fire the arms that we are aloud to bear, we now ask congress to amdend the second amendment to say that we now have the right to bear ammunition. The second amendment gives us the right to have a firearm but it says nothing about having the right to have ammunition. This ammunition cannot be so excessively priced that only a number of people can afford it. Ammunition will be affordable and available to all Americans. New factories to make ammunition will give new jobs to americans and make ammunition more common and affordable.
