Amendment XXVIII (Amendment 28 – Marriages will now only be of a Man & a Woman; all others will only be Partnerships, with no wrights to social security benefits or public health plans. All marriages under the Supreme Court Decision are now Prohibited in or out of United States of America, and they will be automatically converted into partnerships.
