Amendment XXVIII: Being offended is not a loss.
This petition is to add the Amendment above to the Constitution of the United States.
Being offered is not libel. In this world everything offends someone.
This is not to say being offensive does not have consequences.
Freedom of speech guarantee the right to be offensive.
We are becoming a society that is walking on eggshells. This must stop.
