Amendment XXVIII Congress shall make no law regarding the People's possession of rifles, shotguns, or handguns.

Proposed Amendment to the US Constitution for the furtherance and preservation of American Liberty, Security, and Prosperity. Regional differences must be respected. States must make legislative decisions on this issue, not blanket, restrictive federal laws.

Amendment XXVIII

Section 1. Congress shall make no law prohibiting the People's possession of rifles, shotguns, or handguns, respecting said arms national origin, method of operation, or capacity.

Section 2. Congress shall make no law prohibiting the People's possession of ammunition, powders, shells, or components.

Section 3. Congress shall make no law which would place taxes on firearms or ammunition.

Section 4. Congress shall make no law respecting the People's right to defense of Life, Limb, or, Property.
