Amend/Ratify the U.S. Constitution-Amendment 22
To include all members of the U.S. Supreme Court, the House and the Senate at the Federal Level and override the Supreme Court's decision in U.S. Term Limits, Inc. v. Thornton, 514 U.S. 779 (1995) at the state level.
