I am a mother of 2 wonderful kids. I am currently going through a difficult time with my 13-year-old daughter who was emotionally and physically involved with her coach/teacher. Though it is extremely hard, we are trying our hardest to mend our hearts. I believe that if WE come together we can stop this epidemic from occurring time and time again. We can't completely prevent this from happening but we can help pave the way for our children to feel safe and comfortable at their school. The Obama administration should push for stricter school policies and rules such as an open door policy when a student and teacher are alone in a classroom, tutoring in a library or cafeteria where others can monitor the student and teacher. This is a serious issue that needs to be addressed.
