America must change its “Divisive and Unrepresentative” U.S. Supreme Court and Appellate Court system.
America needs our Courts to reflect the composition of “All Americans” and to prevent one ideology or group from having dominion over all the others.
It is imperative that we change our Federal Court System so no one Political or Economic View or Affiliation is in the majority, that no single Racial or Ethnic Group is in the majority, and no single Religious or Sexual Orientation Group is in the majority. Moreover, we must limit judicial terms to ten years to ensure fresh thinking.
By instilling diversity in the Courts we will compel; Compromise, Tolerance, and a Wide-Range of Viewpoints to shape our laws, a facet of the Federal Courts that is sadly missing.
