This Petition is Decades Over Due.
Americans have been Over Worked (40) hours a week must change to (32) hours a week being considered full time. Full pay of (40) hours (Which means pay more at the same time), full benefits.
Any time over (32) hours is time and a half.
No one should be made to work on a Sunday or It's 2x pay.
Holiday 2.5x pay.
It's so sad to see people work on holidays.
People need to shop for what they need beforehand or simply wait.
If using the industrial revolution & it's calculations, it never included wearing and tearing on the human body that we will never get back, committing our lives to businesses, work that doesn't care for families but say that they do.
No one knows when their kids will get sick & and for how long. So their goes vacation & sick days.
