We as American citizens feel that our lives are in danger if Trump is allowed to take the Presidential position. We feel the things he is prepared to do & those he has prepared to take positions in the white house could cause deadly riots & war with other countries.
Martial law on the national level may be declared by Congress or the president. Under Article I, Section 8, Clause 15, of the Constitution, Congress has the power "to provide for calling forth the Militia to execute the Laws of the Union, suppress insurrections & repel Invasions." Article II, Section 2, Clause 1, of the Constitution declares that "the President shall be Commander in Chief of the Army & Navy of the United States, & of the Militia of the several States, when called into the actual Service of the United State."
