American Citizenship First and Foremost
As part of Policy and a Constitutional amendment, to the US Constitution, the final definition of a Citizen is;
1) of Live Birth
2) metabolizing with aid of medicine or machinery
3) at least 18 years of age
4) born of at least one parent, whom is or was a Citizen of the United States of America
5) born in the US, all its properties, possessions and territories or Naturalized, according to Immigration law.
The Rights of free speech, of the press, peaceable assembly and the redress of grievances, can not and shall not be suppressed by any authority, none whatsoever. American Citizens are the Economic Engine of American, not the institutions in America.
