American Community Survey is Unconstitutional

Created by R.S. on March 27, 2014

The mandatory implications of the American Community Survey infringe on our Right to Privacy and break the law. The government threatens to penalize a person for not disclosing very intimate details of ones home. I would like to site the Interstate Commerce Commission v Brimson 154 US 447, 479 (May 26, 1894). I pay taxes and participate in the Census every 10 years; the questions on this survey do not mimic the Census and therefor can not used in relation to the census.
